I have been in the healthcare industry for many many years. Started my career with nursing and then shifted to revenue cycle management of hospitals. My current job takes at least 9 hours every day just sitting in front of the computer. I love to cook, and I am a foodie, and, as a result, weight gain has been a big problem. I gained about 35 lbs in the last 20 years (post pregnancy, my son is 20 year old). Being a nurse, I have always been cautious about the health of my family but did not realize that while taking care of others, I was not taking good care of my own health. I came across one of Archana's videos on FB, which was very appealing to me. I knew that even though I understood medicine and know the physiology stuff, I needed someone to guide me (without any protein shakes/pre-packaged processed foods/meds) with my diet and lifestyle. My first consultation with Archana was very convincing and I knew that I wanted to try this as she confirmed that there will not be any short cuts with protein shakes/pre packaged meals/processed foods. After joining the program, initially, I was a bit apprehensive, but I did not face much of a challenge following Archana's guidance. I always felt that I was in safe hands and Archana was always been there for any questions. After many, many years, I saw my weight and measurements going down. I lost 24 lbs and quite a few inches. I am still on this journey and cannot imagine going back to my previous lifestyle. This program really works. I have almost zero sweet cravings now, and I have started recognizing what my body "does like" and "does not like" in terms of food. I am now enjoying healthy cooking every day which is loved by my family and realizing how small lifestyle changes can have a huge positive impact. This has been a great journey with you. Your program has changed my mindset about health and food. It was definitely an eye opener for me. This was my first ever diet program. I always wanted to choose such a program which is more close to nature and which can heal our bodies naturally and not by any drinks or medicines. My belief always was that we are nature and should treat ourselves naturally as much as possible. With the growing age our body shows a lot of changes both physically and health-wise. When I joined this program, I had become the heaviest I have ever been. I was looking at pictures from our summer family holiday and my brother’s 50th birthday at Thanksgiving. The body and overall demeanor was not the person I wanted to be physically or emotionally. In the past 2 years, I have tried various online coaches and diets in the last 2 years but nothing stuck. “Soulfully Healthy” - when this popped up on my Facebook page, I got curious and signed up for the free session with Archana. I wasn’t really looking for a weight loss program, but losing a few pounds and getting better at my overall health were on my mind. Talking to Archana was so easy - just like talking to a friend! She explained how everything was interconnected. She explained how the program was different. Intermittent fasting was hard for a couple of days, but I got used to it. It's by God's grace I met Archana. I was fraught with lot of frustration that I had gained so much weight due to work stress and couldn't seem to lose it. Within 6 weeks of starting the program, I went down from 196 to 176 pounds. Interestingly, I got pregnant at the end of the 4th week. I recently completed the Metabolic Reset program with Archana. It was a great experience that taught me that we can accomplish anything we put our minds to. I have done many diets over the years, but lately, probably as I am now getting older, I found it more difficult. I noticed that some of my bloodwork had been getting worse and I have a significant family history of diabetes. My goal was to lose weight, reduce belly fat, and improve my bloodwork. The program certainly took a lot of commitment and time to prep all my meals. I thought it would be really hard to make meals taste good without certain ingredients, but Archana was very helpful in guiding me to make nutritious and delicious meals. The real benefit to the program is that you have a coach to keep you accountable, cheer you on, and help you overcome the plateaus along the way. I discovered that what you eat is the most important part of weight loss, much more important than exercise. I was able to achieve my goal weight and the best part was that my clothes fit me again. I feel anyone who is on the fence about doing this should just jump into this program that has been tried and tested. Over the past months afterward, I did gain back a little weight, but I know I have the tools that I learned to lose it again easily. It was well worth the effort.

I had been trying out various practices/ diets and not been happy about any with at best, partial insignifanct success. That's when I came across Archana’s video on social media and, to be honest, was still unsure when I signed up. But there was something that Archana said in my introductory call- ‘you need to follow it as honestly as possible and let the body do its work’ - that resonated with me. I did my best to follow that for 8 wks and have never been happier about the weight loss, as I have been now. While I may not have been obese by any means, I had gained close to 10lbs of stubborn weight (boy they were stubborn!) over the last 5-6 yrs and not only did I lose weight, I learnt to sustain and most importantly, convert to a much healthy eater. This program has made me more confident in myself, that I can prioritize myself, I can say ‘no’ to food that I don’t want to bite into, that I do not have to find ‘fun’ in just lavish eating or drinking. The Metabolic Reset program was a game changer for me. I have tried multiple programs, with nutritionists, mentors and what not!! Nothing helped or was sustainable. I started this program thinking - OK, let’s see this too. After a week, I was pleasantly surprised but not yet convinced that this could work for me. Halfway through the program, my weighing scale showed me numbers that I had seen after 15 years of trying everything. I am sleeping well and feeling well. The mood swings, the aches and pains are long gone. The regular yoga I do has become much better. My body now cooperates, and I am able to do stronger and deeper poses and it feels incredible. When I reached out to Archana and spoke to her, it was not my first time trying out a diet program. Each one helped me shed a few pounds and learn some habits on my way. I had similar expectations for this one, except it was more expensive than what I had paid in the past. Something that stuck with me and made me go ahead with the program was Archana saying "If the previous diet programs worked, you would not have come here"!! Bang on...I was ready to cut the cheque. From that day to today, about 4 months later as I write this, compliments don't stop... friends, family, and above all, my body keeps admiring and saying "Thank you for doing this". If Archana had claimed to be a lifestyle therapist and said she would make me a calmer person, give me better sleep and teach me good habits for a lifestyle, I would have called it BS. I have always believed that the Universe sends the right person at the right time when you really intend for a purpose. I could say connecting with Archana was not coincidental at all. I was at that point in life where I had to make a decision to shake up things in life starting with my health. Since 2007, I have suffered a lot of health issues one after another. I went through multiple surgeries and the last struggle came in the form of kidney cancer in 2013! I got through it, but started gaining a lot of weight. With a busy life and staying alone at home (my husband used to travel for work and kids were in college), I started eating junk food. I also suffer from Ulcerative Colitis, which is an autoimmune disease. I depended a lot on eating rice to keep my stomach stable. I tried going to the gym, but it did not help. I called people who advertise on Facebook regarding weight loss and they mentioned medications to reduce weight. I did not want to take any pills to reduce my weight. Then, by chance I saw Archana on Facebook and it got me thinking. Maybe being an Indian she will understand what I could and could not eat. I remember the first day when I spoke with Archana, she said, “Are you ready to go through this?”. I was very apprehensive, but decided to take the LEAP. And I have not regretted it! It has changed my life. I have lost almost 30lbs and feel good. My knees do not hurt (I had 3 prior surgeries). Archana has guided me throughout the last few months. She is very knowledgeable, not just from a perspective of dieting, but she takes a holistic view and offers advice on our overall being. Thank you, Archana! I would 100% recommend this program! I am a wife and mother of 2 energetic kids. I joined Archana’s program in Sept 2023. I was going through Facebook and I came across her post. Without thinking much, I watched her video, which really made sense. I have tried so many different programs, joined a gym and spent so much money, but nothing helped. I have also tried intermittent fasting, but it never worked. I have gone through breast cancer (hormones) so, I had to take medicine for that, which made it really hard to lose weight. Also, I have a 9-year-old son who, shortly before I joined the program, said that Ba (his grandmother) has more energy than me. I had decided then I would lose this weight not to look good but just for my son. So, I took a leap of faith and joined Archana’s program. For the first time in my life, I saw my weight scale going down. All my pains and aches have gone. Yes, the program incorporates intermittent fasting and it worked this time. Archana’s program is well-defined and organized. She has supported me throughout this program. Archana’s Metabolic Reset Program is just that - a complete ‘reset’ of your mind, the way you think about food and most of all, your liver and your entire body. I have always been pretty mindful of what I eat and have been pretty good with exercise … however, in the last few years the pounds seemed to just add up and nothing seemed to help lose them. My middle seemed most affected - clothes seemed to fit pretty snug and I could just not even think of wearing a dress without shapewear under. Then one day I saw a post on social media from a friend - she mentioned a reset program she’s been doing which seemed to help her shed her stubborn pounds. I naturally got curious and reached out to her to know more. I then quickly reached out to Archana and made my initial appointment to discuss . Honestly, at first I thought this program was no different from what I was already doing, but then I thought I’d join and give it a shot. Archana’s program introduced me to intermittent fasting and also helped me be in better control of my body. The release phase helped to pretty much reset my liver to function better and release toxins - and with it the extra pounds. We are all conditioned to think we just need to eat 3 large meals everyday - this program showed me that we really don’t need to eat as much and yet be satiated. I had started this program in early December of last year and though I still have to get to the ‘goal’ weight I have in mind, I have maintained my newer leaner body and weight . The most important part is that I now feel in control of my body and have the tools to ‘reset’ whenever I indulge on holidays or vacations. My blood work is much better and I don’t have the acid redux I’d have on most days around late evening. I was feeling quite desperate after gaining a lot of weight over the past three years due to work and other life changes. It really brought me down, especially when my clothes no longer fit. When I contacted Archana to inquire about the metabolic reset program, I was struggling to "get back on the wagon" of fitness and health. I was at a crossroads where I was not motivated to work out regularly because of personal issues and work pressure, but I was also not completely idle, and was eating reasonably healthy. Signing up for this program was one of the best birthday gifts that I have given myself. I was going through a phase where I was reading a lot about gut health and following strategies that ‘influencers’ swore that changed their lives. I was that underweight kid all my life who could eat anything and never put on weight. I enjoyed the perks of that for a long time until I hit 40. And then I did not recognize my body anymore. Over the course of the pandemic, I put on about 20-25 lbs and was having a hard time getting it off. I tried a weight loss program last year which helped me effectively lose some weight but it just didn't stick as a lifestyle. I went back to my old habits. Having been skinny all my life, I was struggling to deal with this situation. I've been on a weight loss journey for a few years, trying to figure out which workout works for me. I've tried intermittent fasting and different diets, but nothing stayed consistent, and my weight loss was very slow. I came across Soulfully Healthy with Archana on Facebook. Now, I'm not one to blindly follow things on social media and my minimal social media exposure doesn't help either. However, these posts kept catching my attention and I decided to take a look. Reading feedback from other women who were on the program piqued my interest and I reached out to Archana. I am 53 and have led a pretty healthy…ish ( almost) life thus far.Walking 3-4 mil es was always a part of my life. Once I turned 40, I started making small changes. I started yoga and at first did not enjoy but stayed in it and took me about 5 years to start understanding what it really meant and enjoying it. Till this time my body always listened to me, as in I could lose weight easily after a splurge (was a blessing). But in 2019, life changed. Archana’s program is life changing! As a young woman, I was unsure if this would be the right program for me (as perimenopause is not my issue, of course) however, after taking a look at some of the issues discussed on her website, I realized it may be a great program for my specific struggle: losing weight with PCOS. While this regiment was certainly not an easy mental journey, Archana always knew what to say and when. I’d tried losing weight off of my own knowledge for two years at this point—but having the help of someone who is certified, it turns out, really was necessary. Archana is very knowledgeable, and is not afraid to give a push when needed, which I think are very important. As a woman in her twenties, being able to see myself as myself again, free of the struggle that PCOS brings—weight gain, fatigue, and food sensitivities—has allowed me to feel my age and feel like I am myself again, wearing the clothes I want to and having the energy to live and explore!
