During the first 6 weeks of the program, we’ll focus on renewing your liver through targeted nutrition. This helps your body detoxify and start burning fat, instead of storing it. It’s the crucial first step in restoring the body’s ability to release weight, and one that is built upon throughout the rest of the program.
Clients typically start to see the scale move within the first week. By week 2, they feel more energetic and experience reduced cravings. Overall, women are able to achieve weight loss of 10-15% of their starting weight, majority of it in the first 6 weeks. Most clients also observe that their quality of sleep is markedly improved.
By continuing to practice your new healthy habits, you will likely lose additional weight well beyond the program!
Our first personalized coaching call will last 60 minutes. During this call, we’ll discuss your lifestyle, goals, and initial wellness plan. Your three remaining calls will last 30 minutes each, and we’ll talk about your progress, answer any questions, and tweak your plan if needed!
My meal plan recommendations include simple, whole foods that are close to nature. This isn’t a total lifestyle overhaul—your guidelines will fit your food preferences and restrictions, allowing you to enjoy foods that are familiar to you and your family. You will not be doing calorie counting in this program. We will instead focus on portions and how to plan a nourishing meal. Sustainability is the key to long term success, so that will be the primary focus of the program.
Definitely not! As a vegetarian myself, I promise that you can thrive throughout this program without touching meat! You can view a photo gallery of meal examples here (warning: you may get hungry!).
While supplements are optional, I include a couple of supplements in the Welcome package to aid your body’s ability to detox cleanly with minimal symptoms. They only have to be taken for the first 6 weeks.
